YOUR COMMISSION PROCESS
1. CONTACT
Thank you for considering Diegatus Studios for your commission! In order to receive your quote, you can contact me through this page's form, by e-mail (dtstcontact@gmail.com) or direct message (Instagram: @diegatusstudios, Twitter: @DiegatusStudios or Bluesky: @diegatusstudios.bsky.social). Tell me all the details you can about the idea you have in mind, and if you can, provide references or sketches made by you (they're really helpful to make it as close as the result you want!).
At the time I have all the details, I'll send a commission form to you, where you'll find your project summarized with all the different costs, making it your final quote (free and without obligation, of course!).

2. FIRST PAYMENT
If you agree with your quote, you must pay an initial charge of the final cost in advantage to confirm the commission.*

3. ORDERED!
Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be added to the Diegatus Studios Commissions’ queue to be made.

4. FULL SPEED AHEAD!
Once my drawing board is free and it's the turn for your project, I'll notify you so you can know I started with it. We'll go step by step with sketches and layouts so you can see and decide the way you want everything to go.

5. WAITING FOR YOUR APPROVAL...
You’ll have to approve the sketches in order to continue with your commission, and in that moment you can ask for any changes or add anything. If there weren't sketches needed, your project will continue in the next step.

6. IN PROCESS
I'll send you a message at the time I start with your commission facing to create the final project with all the details you have thought of.

7. WAITING FINAL PAYMENT...
When the commission is finished you’ll receive a sample and you'll have to pay the last portion of the final cost* so you can receive it.
